Industrial water pumps for industrial wastewater treatment and sludge pumping
One of our main specialities is the design and manufacture of various wastewater treatment pumping systems. We would like to focus here on the special qualities and characteristics of the FL–ERBH pump model, designed for wastewater treatment, with specific sludge pumping capabilities.
These screw pumps can handle thickened, dehydrated sludge, polyelectrolytes, compatible chemicals, etc.
Characteristics of this type of industrial water pump
Below, we will go into more detail about the characteristics of these industrial water pumps, as well as highlighting a series of complementary options that can be selected according to the specific application requirements.
These models include DIN 2576 connections as standard. The monoblock assembly and the bare shaft have been designed to streamline all components, thereby improving sanitation.
It has 1 to 4 phases and can work from 6 to 24 bar as required.
As far as the manufacturing materials used are concerned, the body is made of GG-25 grey cast iron and the parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Finally, it has nitrile stators and sealing, although there is an option to choose other materials (EPDM, FKM, PTFE, …).
Finally, we can’t forget about all the complementary features and components that can be added to this type of pump: mechanical disc and sheaf driver, electronic driver, liquid sensors, control panel, mechanical seal, stator in other rubbers, trolley, bed plate…
As you can see, we have the latest and most advanced industrial water pumps at our disposal. These are developed in our specialist department, called FlowMIM, which deals with the industrial handling of all types of fluids.
