A Blender agitator is a special machine designed for mixing solids and liquids. It is used to blend large amounts of solid food into a base liquid. It works by the centrifugal force generated by its rotor. When the liquid in question moves in circles and at high speed inside it, the so-called “Venturi” effect is generated, mixing the food together quickly and with excellent results. To achieve this effect, the design of the diffuser head must allow a sufficient flow speed to generate the suction of the solid.
