Preparation of brine, syrup, thickeners …

Firstly, we would like to talk about our agitators and tanks that prepare brine, syrup, all types of thickeners and other liquids of a certain density. Let’s use VAI, VDI and VMD vertical agitators as an example. These are all installed in the upper part of the tank at the correct angle and position from the centre to obtain optimal mixing performance. For the same purpose we select the length of the shaft, diameter and type of propeller. All this, combined with the reinforcement system consisting of a bearing tower, facilitates superb performance and great durability. The high rotation speeds of these agitators allow them to dissolve the vast majority of additives used in the food industry.

Preparation of smoothies, soups, sauces and ice cream

We have developed mixing systems incorporating agitation and emulsion, particularly suitable for making vegetable creams, smoothies, soups, mayonnaises, ketchup, mustard, dressings, jams, chocolates, ice cream…

We can install a heating or cooling system using a sleeve, coil or electrical heaters. Atmospheric reactors work under pressure and in a vacuum environment. There is an option to have a manual or hydraulic lifting system. All its automated components are controlled by a PLC board. In addition to this, you can also incorporate any of our pumps developed by the FLUIDMIM department.

Heat treatment units: production of dairy products, juices and smoothies

Finally, we want to show you our heat treatment units for the production of milk, cheese, yogurt, juices, smoothies and other dairy by-products. We use both automatic and semi-automatic pasteurisers for this. Watch the team in operation in this video. A compact mini 2000 L/H station, which is controlled by a PLC panel and includes a 300s retainer for yoghurt and a skimmer for the production of milk or low-fat yoghurts.
