What does the CFIA trade fair involve?
The CFIA fair (Carrefour des Fournisseurs de l’Industrie Agroalimentaire) is the reference event in Europe for the sector of industry dedicated to food processing. Suppliers and companies from all over the world attend in order to promote their products and show the latest technological advances. It’s an obligatory date for InoxMIM, a reference point within the sector here in Spain.
How many areas will the CFIA show have?
Visitors will find three different areas, all indicated and differentiated by the distinct stages of the industrial process:
- Ingredients and processed foods: Showcases all the food products that can be processed today, as well as demonstrations of all the technological innovations existing in the market.
- Equipment and industrial processes: Shows and explains all the industrial processes related to food products. With new equipment and up to date processes of industrialisation.
- Packaging and presentation of products: Showcases all the processes of packaging and presentation of food products.
